How to submit digital images
Files can be submitted by email (ask competition secretary for the address) or CD/DVD/Flash drive. Media cards such as CF and SD can also be accepted. Media should be clearly marked so that it can be easily returned to the owner.
All images should be .jpeg format and “flattened”
File size should not exceed 1024 x 768 pixels. 450 Kb max.
Image titles and membership number should be included on the disc (or other media)
Images should be titled in the format: TitleMemberNumber.jpeg For example, member number 00 submitting “Whickham Dawn” would be presented as whickhamdawn00.jpeg
